the initial weather service highs taking at many of the big airports. san francisco airport and taken out at the bigger airports in concord. as we go into the next 24 hours, very similar conditions to what we saw today. so overnight lows tonight in the 50s. fog coverage for a good part of the coastal sections and right around the bay. the coast highs it's going to look much like today. 70 out toward lafayette. out toward mount diablo then you get your low 80s out toward discovery bay and even the mid- 80s as you get out to brentwood. just kind of a nice day. below average temperatures. then we get a little heat in the four corners areas that intensifies a little bit. we'll come up a good five to 6 degrees on wednesday. that begins a slight change. fire danger has been bearable for this time of year. the air quality has been good. that weak low has been lingering. that continues to keep moist cool air in the inland bay valleys. and certainly at the coast and that helps to squish fire danger. of course fire danger always high in the bay area. we don't get

and the big weather story is a warm up if you roll into the bay area weekend. so i mentioned this last week when it rained, i'm just glad it didn't rain this weekend. we got a little rain tuesday, it's great it's over the weekend. this weekend looks like it's going to be the nicest week epd weekend we've seen in a while. we saw a little bit of it today. we're looking for temperatures tomorrow to be warmer. temperatures on saturday and sunday are warmer still. right now the hottest day will probably be sunday with temperatures moving toward 70 degrees. we had the rain, that's good. it's going to heat up it's going to dry up but i have to tell you that rain helps quite a bit as you go into this holiday weekend which is traditionally a very scary fire weekend. fourth of july is really hot, but we're wet right now so that helps out. much better than we would have been without that inch of rain. fore what's for the fog is at the coast. like i said it peels back and look that the, big strong winds are going to sheer it right off the coast and you have a nice day out

it's a big deal. good morning everyone. take a look at what we have now. we have a problem on southbound 101 at highway 92. this crash is weird because the four people who were involved ran away and they were caught in the nearby whole foods parking lot. one of them has reportedly some pretty significant injuries. but as i listen to the police interviewing these people it looks like they may have been driving a stolen car. surprise, surprise. southbound 101 at highway 92 this crash has a couple of lanes blocked at least. good area to stay away from. what i would do is i would use 280. it's early. the back up isn't that huge. if you want to drive through there expect delays. let's go out and take a look at westbound 92 heading out to the high-rise and over to 101. you can see traffic is moving well. you can also see that the sign is up warning of that accident. i just talked about. if you look at the far right hand side of your screen they have -- this is effecting traffic on 92 getting to 101. this morning if you're driving on 80 westbound that moves prett
